How to verify unichange.me account

In order to follow the KYC and AML policies of the Unichange service and the feasibility test of their bank, the verification process in unichange.me is required.
If you are a verified user, then this is what you get:
• option to buy e-currency using bank transfer;
• You can sell your e-currency using bank transfer;
• You can order Unichange debit cards;
• You can swap FasaPay.

What is required for Unichange account verification?

User verification consists of 2 steps:
• verify phone number
• identity and address verification

How to Verify Unichange account phone number

Steps to verify Unichange account with phone number:
• Login your Unichange account
• Fill in the mobile number (without international country code)
• Click «Verify» to get an SMS with a verification code
• As soon as the message with the code arrives - enter the code in the required fields
• Click «Submit».
Verify phone number is complete!

Note: if you have not received a message with code, please contact our Support team and inform mobile phone number in international format (must start with international country calling code).

How to Verify your identity and Unichange account address

After you verify the phone number, then you must verify your identity and address by uploading the required documents.
Note: all scanned documents and photos must be in jpg, jpeg, jpg, png or pdf format. The size of each file does not exceed 3Mb.

The following documents received for identity verification:
• an international passport
• National Identity Card
• Driver's license

The following documents are not accepted for identity verification:
• voter card
• Residence permit (in addition to other documents)
• Health insurance card
• professional identity card
• student ID

The passport or identity card provided for verification must contain the following information:
1. The issuing country
2. Serial number of identity document
3. Document date of issuance
4. Gender
5. First name
6. Last name
7. Date of birth
8. Place of birth
9. Expiry date

Additional Documents

In addition to confirming your identity or identity and country of residence the Unichange Verification Department may request to provide:

1. your self-portrait holds an international identity / passport beside face
2. your self-portrait holding the newspaper (with a date on it) and an International identity / passport card next to the face.

Note: All photos must be in high resolution with all the details visible on the photo.
Verify Address

For address verification receive the following documents:

1. utility bills (water bills, utility bills, gas bills, etc.)
2. bank statements
3. mobile phone bill
4. cable bill
5. credit card statement, etc.

The utility bills / bank statement or other charges provided for verification must conform to the following criteria:

1. must be a paper copy (not online)
2. billing must have username
3. the charge must contain the user's address
4. the charge must contain a date (for the last 2 months).

According to the feasibility test of the Verification department bank request we may request:

1. source of wealth (indicating your workplace and job position or other sources of wealth)
2. purpose of payment (explaining the purpose of purchasing e-currency).

If you use a business bank account to purchase e-currency you need to provide information about your business type.
If the company is registered for a website, you need to provide the URL of the website.

We may request this information because we follow the rules of our bank to avoid money laundering and terrorism financing.

Our service has a bank account with a company that has a financial license, so we must follow the bank's eligibility test.

Once you upload the document for verification, our verification team will review it carefully within 1 business day. If any additional documents are required, you will be notified.
